Do activations require anything from the property owner?

No, activations do not require anything from the property owner. We handle everything - from setup and operations to staffing and teardown. Property owners simply provide the space, and we take care of the rest, including logistics, marketing, and day-to-day management. Our goal is to generate revenue and foot traffic for the property with minimal effort on your part.

How does activation revenue sharing work?

We offer flexible revenue-sharing models, typically based on sales. We work with property owners to structure a fair agreement that maximizes earnings while ensuring activation success.

TEARDOWN

How quickly can an activation vacate if the space gets leased?

We specialize in fast setup and teardown. Most activations can be cleared within a 48-72 hour window, depending on the scale. Some setups may take slightly longer but are designed with temporary use in mind.
